Who we are

GK Lab is a coaching workspace for goalkeeper coaches. It stores the training sessions, attendance records and development notes you create.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo.
  • Coaching content: teams, goalkeepers you add (name, position, date of birth, height, optional photo), sessions, attendance times, ratings and notes.
  • Voice notes: audio you record is sent to our transcription provider to turn into text. Audio is not stored after the transcript is returned; only the text you choose to save is kept.
  • Technical data: basic error and security logs needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

Your data is used only to provide the app to you: showing your rosters, sessions and development history. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your coaching data is private to your account. Access rules on our database restrict every record to the account that created it. Service providers we rely on — hosting, database/authentication and speech-to-text transcription — process data only to deliver those functions.

Data about young players

GK Lab is intended for coaches, not for children. If you record information about minors, you are responsible for having the appropriate permission from the club, parent or guardian, and for keeping notes accurate and appropriate.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual records at any time, and you can permanently delete your whole account — including every team, keeper, session and note — from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data. Contact us and we will help.
