1. Who you are contracting with

GKCoachHub is operated by JS Football Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use GKCoachHub (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. The Service

GKCoachHub is a web and mobile workspace for goalkeeper coaches: teams and keeper profiles, training sessions, attendance, skill ratings, development goals, voice notes and pitchside Live Mode. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You are responsible for having appropriate permission from clubs, parents or guardians before recording information about players, particularly minors.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping or circumventing technical or plan limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the coaching content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending voice recordings to our transcription provider to produce text.

6. Our intellectual property

JS Football Coaching retains all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

7. Payments and subscriptions

GKCoachHub Pro is sold on a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Service level and warranties

We work to keep GKCoachHub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings; deleting your account permanently removes your teams, keepers, sessions and notes.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
