GKCoachHub is provided by JS Football Coaching. If you are not satisfied with a GKCoachHub Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or yearly — for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@gkcoachhub.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings or via the billing link in your Paddle receipt; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refund requests outside the 30-day window are considered case by case, and Paddle may also grant refunds under its own refund policy.
Free plan
The Starter plan is free, so nothing needs to be refunded — see pricing for what each plan includes.
